Due to the nature of products we cannot restock sold items. Therefore we are unable to accept returned research chemicals.
If your order arrives damaged, your item will be exchanged and reshipped.
If one or more products are not available at the time of the order they can be sent in an extra shipment. In this case you will be contacted for partial shipping.
Be sure to provide a valid delivery address to avoid the issue of a possible missing package.
Replacements for lost shipments can only be granted after checks of no wrong delivery address provided.
